About Me

I am Patrick Robichaud a 4th year civil engineering student at Washington State University in Pullman, WA. I am passionate about climate change and water systems especially in the Western US and the Global South.

I aspire to integrate technology to increase access to clean water while mitigating the harmful effects of climate change. Climate change is projected to reduce water availability in some areas, increase water temperatures, and reduce water quality, all of which will impact communities in significant ways. I want to be involved in the transfer of knowledge to communities, villages, and municipalities so they become sustainable by using new technologies and proven methods.

When I graduate Washington State University in Spring of 2021 I want to attend graduate school for either civil engineering and water resources or in public policy.
